No. I work across AWS, Azure, GCP, and DigitalOcean. AWS is where I have the deepest expertise and certifications, but most infrastructure principles transfer across clouds. If you're on a different provider, get in touch and we can discuss whether I'm the right fit.

Both. Some clients need a specific project done — a migration, a CI/CD pipeline, a security audit. Others need someone watching their infrastructure on an ongoing basis. I offer both project-based engagements and monthly retainer support.

Yes — that's often where I'm most useful. If something is down or degraded right now, reach out directly. For non-emergency situations where things are working but not well, I can audit what you have and fix it properly.

For the initial call, nothing formal — just a rough description of your setup and what you're trying to achieve. For a paid engagement, I'll need read access to your cloud environment to assess what's there before proposing a scope of work.

Only what's necessary for the work. I follow least-privilege access — I request only the permissions needed for the specific task, and I document everything I do. Access is revoked when the engagement ends. I'm happy to sign an NDA before any access is granted.

Both. I work with solo technical founders, small engineering teams, and companies that have developers but no dedicated DevOps or cloud engineer. I'm comfortable working alongside your existing team or as the sole infrastructure person.

It depends on the scope. Project-based work is quoted after an initial assessment — I don't give fixed prices before understanding what's involved. Ongoing retainer support is priced monthly based on the level of coverage you need.

Yes. If something is down in production, reach out directly at [email protected] with "URGENT" in the subject line. I'll respond as fast as possible. Emergency work outside of a retainer agreement is billed at an expedited rate.

Yes, fully remote. I'm based in Mumbai, India and work with clients across time zones. Most infrastructure work is asynchronous by nature — I'll keep you updated on progress and flag anything that needs your input.

You get full documentation of everything that was built or changed, and a handover session if needed. The goal is that your team can operate the infrastructure independently after I'm done. If you want ongoing support after a project, we can discuss a retainer arrangement.
